Interim pastor
Bro. Rob joined the Fairview staff as Interim Pastor in December of 2023. Rob has been in pastoral ministry for over 30 years, serving as lead pastor in churches in Louisiana, Mississippi, and California. He graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Philosophy in New Testament Studies. Rob and Kimandria have been married for almost 30 years, and are blessed with 3 adult children, 2 sons and a daughter.
Kent Shepherd
Associate pastor
Bro. Kent joined the Fairview staff in May of 2022. He is a graduate of Blue Mountain College and received his Master of Divinity at New Orleans Theological Seminary. Kent and his wife Kristen are the parents of two sons, Kaden and Karson.

Ken Nuss
minister of Worship
Bro. Ken joined the Fairview staff in September of 2015. He is a graduate of Louisiana College and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Ken and his wife, Chris are the parents of three children: Ashley, Brandon and Andrew. They also have nine grandchildren.

Dr. Larry bradford
Minister of instrumental music
Bro. Larry re-joined the Fairview staff as Minister of Instrumental Music in July 2011. He is a graduate of Delta State University and the University of Alabama. He and his wife, Dena, were married on August 11, 1984 and have 3 children, Brittany, Blake and Brooke and 5 grandchildren.

Tommy gillon
Minister of 55+ and missions
Bro. Tommy joined our staff in December 2003 as Minister of 55+ and Missions. He brings with him over 35 years of ministerial experience. He has served as Minister to Youth, Minister of Education, Minister of Music and Minister to Senior Adults in churches in Mississippi and Louisiana.
Tommy and his wife, Sherry were married in 1976 and have 2 children Rachel and Justin and 9 grandchildren. Bro. Tommy’s ministry is to establish a balanced program of activities to meet the needs and interests of people 55+.

Minister to Families/Next Gen (College)
Bro. David joined the Fairview staff as Associate Youth Minister in the summer of 2004 and began serving as the Minister of Families/Next Gen (College) in 2024 . Bro. David graduated from Mississippi State University and Liberty University. He is married to Angie and they are parents to 3 children, Riley, Dylan and Breelyn.

Minister to Students
Bro. Jim joined Fairview staff in May of 2023. Jim graduated with an undergraduate degree from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2018, and he graduated with a masters degree from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2021. Jim and Lindsey were married April 2, 2022.

director of children's ministries
Carla joined the Fairview staff in 2003 as Director of Childhood Ministries. She is married to Quintin. They have 2 children, Lauren and Dylan and 4 grandchildren.
Carla attended East Central Community College and Mississippi State University. Carla’s hobbies include reading, cooking and spending time with her family. Carla’s favorite part of her job is talking with parents and children about what it means to become a Christian.

Angel joined the Fairview staff in July 2017 as an Administrative Assistant to the Children’s Director. Angel served as a teacher in the Fairview CDC for many years. She and her husband Sonny were married in 1996 and are the parents of Luke and Logan.
Lynn Pope

Lynn has been on staff since 1997 working with Extended Session as well as teaching preschoolers in the Child Development Center. She is married to Brooks Pope and they have two children, Abbey and Nathaniel. They live in the New Hope community.

Ann joined the Fairview Staff in January 2020. She is retired from Lowndes Co. Schools, where she served at New Hope Elementary as the Assistant Librarian. She has two children, Robert and Sara, and one granddaughter.
